Rates are subject to change and any additional persons is $25 per month per person.

Check-in time: These times can vary. Preferably before dark.

Check-out time: 2:00 pm or before

Speed Limit: 5 mph at all times in all areas

Quiet Time: Absolutely no unnecessary noise between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for their children’s actions and safety. Be respectful of your neighbors.

Visitors: You are responsible for making your visitors aware of park rules. Use or loan of your site by others is not permitted. Vehicles left unattended will be towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicles left parked in the street or hanging off-site into the street.

Outdoor Burning: Campfires are not permitted (only in approved fire pits). Outdoor food preparation or grilling is permitted. Do not empty grill charcoal in the grass, gravel, or concrete. Please dispose of it responsibly! All state and local burn bans will apply.

Trash: All trash must be placed in designated garbage containers. Keep your RV space clean and free and clear of clutter. All items are to be on concrete or gravel. Nothing on the grass!

Mechanical Work: Maintenance or repair of any vehicle is not permitted in the RV Park.

Clothes Lines: Cloth lines are not permitted. No clothing items can be hung out to dry. Laundry facilities and propane are available in the town of Sapulpa (by the post office).

Insurance: Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. You agree to carry and maintain in full force and effect the adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or RV brought into the park.

Solicitation: Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the RV park.

Behavior: Objectionable conduct of any kind or violation of any park rule or anyone causing a disturbance will immediately be asked to leave the park. Excessive use of alcohol is prohibited. Criminal or drug-related activity will not be tolerated at any time. No refund will be given. Please respect your neighbors and be accommodating to other RV’s moving in or out of sites.

Laws: All guests will abide by the Local, State, and Federal Laws as well as the rules for Whispering Oaks RV Park. Whispering Oaks RV Park is a service-oriented business and therefore does not have a landlord/tenant relationship with any daily, weekly, or monthly guests.

Long-term Placement: Long-term placement is allowed. You May Not assign or sublet your site. Professionally installed Permanent RV skirting is allowed.

No tent area: No tents allowed.

Neat and Orderly: Any vehicles, boats, or other approved equipment is allowed to be stored only in the designated storage areas. All personal items must be kept in an orderly and safe manner within their designed site. No outdoor structure may be constructed.

Pets: All pets must be on a leash while outside your RV. Pets are not to be tied up outside! Never leave your pet tied outside your RV in your absence. Pets should not be placed in fences, or crates outside. Keep barking to a minimum. Frequent barking could result in you being asked to leave. Respect your neighbors! Please clean up after your pet immediately in all AREAS and dispose of in the garbage.

Water usage: We ask that you are mindful of your water usage and conserve usage when possible. This will help us keep costs down and keep our site rates down. Please take the precautions needed when temps will be below freezing.

Electric usage: We ask that you are mindful of your electric usage and conserve usage when possible. This will help us keep costs down and keep our site rates down. Please take the precautions needed when temps will be below freezing. Each site is metered & observed each month. Excessive use of electricity above $100 per month will be billed back to RV.

Summary: Management reserves the right to make changes in the rules and policies in the best interest of the RV Park. Anyone refusing to abide by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All reservations must be canceled 3 days in advance prior to your reservation date or you will be charged for the entire amount for the reservation.
